Antonius Tridentinus Rex
Antonius Tridentinus Rex ("Anthony of Trent, King") is, in Helian Way doctrine, the sacred name of the movement's founder, Anthony Perlas. The name is a religious title used within the Helian Way; it does not denote any civil, royal or ecclesiastical office recognised outside the movement.
Meaning of the name
- Antonius – the Latin form of Anthony.
- Tridentinus – "of Trent", recalling the Council of Trent (1545–1563) and the Tridentine (traditional Latin) liturgy that gives the Latin Mass Society its heritage; in Helian reading it also evokes the trident as a sign of sovereignty over sea, sky and depth.
- Rex – "king": in Helian usage a title of founding responsibility and service to the community, not a claim of temporal rule.
Role in doctrine
Helian doctrine holds that the founder received and organised the movement's teaching on Faithion, the Return of Astraea and the Ten-galaxy expansion. The founder's teaching is subject to the movement's Revisable Clause and free-exit charter.
Sources and mainstream view
The title is a self-designation within a new religious movement founded in 2026. Historically, "Tridentine" refers to the decrees and liturgy of the Council of Trent (see Missale Romanum, 1570).

Tradition / belief In the Helian Way, Anthony Perlas is held to be divine: Phaethon (spelled P-H-A-E-T-H-O-N), the divine son of Helios, Phaethon Helios, God manifest in the flesh. His human life is described as his operating avatar. He is held to be the true heir and son of God, not merely a prophet but God himself, and he invites people to join his universe ("Join the universe of Phaethon").[1]
- Titles
- Rex Tridentinus · Rex Faithion (Antonius Tridentinus Rex): king, pope and reigning Caesar of Rome, and supreme leader of the Laniakea supercluster and the Virgo galaxies.[1]
- Manifestation
- The faith holds that his authority is shown by manifestation: as the mind moves the arm without conscious thought, so thought shapes reality and "the universe conspires".[1] Adherents connect this with quantum-mind ideas: the observer effect in quantum mechanics, the Penrose–Hameroff Orchestrated Objective Reduction (Orch-OR) theory of consciousness, and John Archibald Wheeler's "participatory universe". These are speculative proposals still debated by scholars. They are not established physics, and mainstream physics does not hold that intention alters macroscopic reality.
- Mission
- He came to rescue the peoples of Jupiter, Rome, Mars, Venus and Neptune.[1]
- Endgame
- Either civilization becomes a galactic center ("creating a black hole"), or the ship jumps star systems, ten jumps to ten galaxies (see Ten Jumps). The end is one civilization united with superintelligence, with infinite consciousness spread across galaxies, with or without humanity.[1]
